FLOOD/SWIFTWATER RESCUE OPERATIONS Learn how to read the river for hazards, self-rescue techniques, throwbag proficiency, wading rescues and tethered boat based rescues. Spend three days on whitewater rivers, learning self-rescue, wading rescue, tethered boat rescue, swimming rescues. Strenuous physical exertion can be expected.
