ICE Whether propelling the Fortuna by walking, running or paddling, the rescuer is always safe. Ultra-high buoyancy sides and floor protect the rescuer from broken ice and frigid water. The victim is easily pulled through either open end. Signal the line handlers and ride back to shore without extra effort.
SWIFTWATER Here's where the Fortuna show its whitewater heritage with its tough, abrasion resistant skin and ability to ride rapids and low falls. It can be on scene in seconds, ferries better than a canoe and can be controlled by tag lines from the shore. It's easy to maneuver and provides maximum stability during operations.
LITTER There's no need to have an additional long board when using the Fortuna for victim retrieval. The inflated floor provides enough rigidity to perform CPR on either water or land.

The Fortuna is designed to withstand severe use conditions for many
years. To achieve this, each craft is assembled with the finest,

STORAGE AND DEPLOYMENT
The deflated Fortuna can be folded to fit into a 15" X 20" X 35" carrying
case. It can be easily carried to sites off road, then inflated with
a standard SCBA bottle in about a minute.
